parcel API documentation

Self-serve reference for the parcel API, coverage, the records schema, authentication and credits. Every sample uses curl against the real endpoints.

parcel is an open, county-by-county source of US parcel boundaries. Coverage is partial and always reported honestly: every tracked county carries a status, so an uncovered county is a queryable fact rather than a silent empty result.

1 credit = 1 parcel record. The sandbox trial includes 50 credits for 30 days. The paid plan is $59/month and includes 4,000 records, with overage at $0.05 per additional record.
