Records

Each county's source is normalized into one shared parcel schema. Every record served consumes exactly one credit.

Field dictionary

FieldTypeDescription
idstringDeterministic id: <county_fips>:<apn>, or the source feature id when there is no APN.
county_fipsstringFive-digit county FIPS. References the tracked county row.
apnstring | nullAssessor's parcel number from the county source.
addressstring | nullSite address, when the source provides one.
ownerstring | nullOwner name, when the source provides one.
land_usestring | nullLand-use or property-class label from the source.
area_acresnumber | nullArea derived from the geometry, in acres.
area_sqftnumber | nullArea derived from the geometry, in square feet.
latnumber | nullCentroid latitude (WGS84).
lonnumber | nullCentroid longitude (WGS84).
bbox_min_lonnumber | nullGeometry envelope, west edge.
bbox_min_latnumber | nullGeometry envelope, south edge.
bbox_max_lonnumber | nullGeometry envelope, east edge.
bbox_max_latnumber | nullGeometry envelope, north edge.
geometryobject | nullGeoJSON geometry when it fits in-row; otherwise null.
geometry_r2_keystring | nullR2 object key when the geometry was offloaded; otherwise null.
source_urlstring | nullCounty source URL the row was ingested from.
source_formatstring | nullSource format, such as esri_json or geojson.
source_sridnumber | nullNative spatial reference id of the source geometry.
source_feature_idstring | nullThe source's own feature id.
source_fetched_atstring | nullWhen the source page was fetched (ISO 8601).
ingested_atstringWhen the row was written (ISO 8601).

Geometry is stored in-row when it fits; large geometries are written to R2 and referenced by geometry_r2_key. Exactly one of geometry or geometry_r2_key is set for a covered parcel.

GET /api/parcels returns up to limit records, optionally scoped to one county with county_fips. Each record served consumes one credit.

Re-running a county upserts by id, so a parcel keeps a stable identity across ingests.
